The Life of MONA LEE COOK
Mona Lee Cook, 80, died Friday, December 5, 2003 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 9th at Easton Place United Methodist Church at 2412 Easton Blvd.
Mona is survived by her husband of 61 years, Harol B. Cook of Des Moines; her son, Dennis (Jean) Cook of Prairie City; grandson, Bryan (Shelly) Cook of West Des Moines; and great-grandchildren, Rilyn and Chase.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Easton Place United Methodist Church.
