The Life of FREDERICK ALFRED ERQUIST

Services for Fred A. Erquist, 80, of 923 Frazier Ave. who died of arteriosclerosis at the Link Nursing Home, 4401 SW Ninth St. Sunday, will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Erquist, born in Sweden and a Des Moines resident for 60 years, was a cabinet maker for 45 years before retiring 13 years ago.

He was a veteran of World War I and a member of First Lutheran Church.

Surviving are two sons, Donald A. of Montezuma and John F. of Des Moines; five daughters, Mrs. Elvera Westergaard of Des Moines, Mrs. Evelyn Mingus of Englewood, CA, Mrs. Helen Morgan of Van Nuys, CA, Mrs. Margaret Miller of Seattle, WA and Mrs. Dorothy Roth of Urbandale, and 18 grandchildren.
