The Life of Robert P. Kuehn

Robert P. Kuehn, 80, of Schuylkill Haven passed away Sunday while at Laurel Center Nursing Home in Hamburg.

Born January 22, 1944, in Pottsville, Robert was the son of the late Slade and Mary Cherrybon Kuehn.

Robert attended school in Cass Township.  Robert retired from Combined Insurance Company where he was an insurance agent from 1992.

Robert was in several bands throughout the years in Schuylkill County.  He enjoyed crafting with his wife.  They would travel to shows and sell their products.

In addition to his parents Robert is preceded in death by his wife, the former Carolyn J. Otterbein Kuehn who passed away in 2016.   He is also preceded in death by his siblings, James Kuehn, Barbara Craig, and Mary Kuehn.

Robert is survived by his sons, Rodney husband to Grace of Pottsville and Jeffrey, husband to Debbie of Orwigsburg.  He is survived by his grandchildren, Jesse, Candi, Macy, Kyle, and great grandchildren, Ryon and Cameron.  He is also survived by his sisters, Leona Wiles and Patricia Stabinsky and brother-in-law Francis Otterbein and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday at Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven at 10:30 A.M.  Family and friends are welcome from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services.  Interment will follow services on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.  Memories and condolences can be shared at www.grabowskifuneralhome.com
