Omega Blackman, affectionately and lovingly called “Aunt Mega” was born on April 26, 1952. She was the daughter of the late Carlee Blackman Sr and Julia Blackman. Omega was the youngest of seven children. Throughout Omega’s life she worked at the Goodwill, Family Dollar and Achieva. She attended church faithfully and enjoyed being an Usher. Omega loved praising the Lord. She loved her family dearly and always asked about each and everyone of her nieces and nephews. Omega peacefully entered into eternal rest on January 28, 2024.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Carlee Blackman Sr. and Julia Blackman; sisters, Judith Blackman, Dorothy Smith, Delores Mike, Edna Simpson, and her only brother, Carlee Blackman Jr. Omega leaves to cherish precious memories, her one sister in-law, Fannie Blackman and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Omega’s love and presence will be missed.
