The Life of Peggy Ellen Roberts

Peggy Ellen Roberts, 83, of Roanoke passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. She loved to read and enjoyed her time at the beach. Peggy never met a stranger and was a very social person.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lenore Mozelle (Moe) Albert and her husband, James H. Albert, Jr.; brother-in-law, Edward Harless.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 51 years, Tom Roberts; son, Trey (Jessica) Roberts; sister, Shirley Harless, and her children, Lindy (Dale) Mann, Susan Harless and Jimmy Harless; brother-in-law, Charles M. Roberts (Anne) and his children, Teresa (Tal) Prince and Stephanie (Hap) Proesel; a host of great wonderful friends and extended family.
