The Life of Sally Ann Coffelt

Sally Ann (Medrano) Coffelt passed away quietly in her sleep July 2nd, 2023.

Born June 7th, 1950 in Kansas City, Kansas, Sally married her husband Jerry Allen Coffelt June 6th, 1970 and spent the rest of her life in Olathe, Kansas, where she raised three surviving children, daughter, Kimberly Ann Coffelt-Schmidt, and two sons, Lawrence Thomas Coffelt and Robert Allen Coffelt.

Sally grew up in Topeka, KS, and graduated from Topeka High School. She was a Registered Nurse, completing her degree at Mid-America Nazarene University. She also served in the Army Reserves as a nurse. She was a wonderful mother.

Sally lived her life bravely for decades, though diagnosed with several ailments that affected her daily life. Jerry was lovingly at her bedside as she passed.

She is survived by grandsons Alexander Schmidt, Johnathan Schmidt, Brendon Schmidt, and granddaughter Illyanna Schmidt, many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends that love her.
