The Life of Mrs. Betty Ann Leibensperger

Betty Ann (Schlenker) Leibensperger, 71, of Germansville, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 in her residence. She was the loving wife of David Bruce Leibensperger, whom she married on April 5, 1969.

Born in Allentown, Betty was a daughter of the late Homer P. and Dorothy J. (Zettlemoyer) Schlenker, and she attended Kutztown Area High School. Betty was a very crafty person who especially enjoyed painting. She also liked birdwatching, gardening, four-wheeling, playing BINGO and going to the casinos. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Along with her husband of 54 years, David, Betty is survived by her three children, Robin F. (Leibensperger) Stoss, Lori Ann Leibensperger, and David Wayne Leibensperger; six grandchildren, Janine A. Sarau, Ashley N. Carl, Jeffrey A. DeLong, Dakota D. Leibensperger, fiancé of Breanna L. Burkholder, Hannah R. (Leibensperger), wife of Jacob Kimpland, and Cheyenne A. Stoss; two great-grandchildren, Julius and Aiden; and two siblings, Anna Mae (Schlenker) Keim and Robert Paul Schlenker. Along with her parents, Betty was predeceased by an infant daughter, Melissa Ann Leibensperger in 1970.

A funeral service to celebrate and honor Betty's life will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will conclude the services in Frieden's Union Cemetery, Lenhartsville.

Betty will always be in my heart...we shared many laughs over the years while I was styling her hair talking about so many crazy things💞 she will always be one of my favorites and I will miss her until we meet again
