The Life of Wilma Ann Paghi

Wilma Ann (nee Binder) Paghi, peacefully crossed over on Thursday October 27, 2022 with her son Tom whom she adored by her side in Columbus, Ohio. She spent eighty-seven wonderful years raising a family, making life-long friendships, and touching countless lives. No matter where you went with Wilma, you were inevitably stopped by people she knew. Wilma loved people and everyone was a friend she hadn’t yet made.

She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel of 34 years, son Barry, parents Gustav and Mildred Binder, sister Jean McKitrick and sister Joan Gleisner.

Those fortunate enough to have known Wilma will say that she never did anything half-heartedly. Her ability to connect with people and build life-long friendships are the true hallmarks of her life. For those reasons among many others, she left the world a far better place. Wilma was a wonderful woman full of compassion and love. Anyone who met Wilma once never forgot her. Always dressed to the nines. For 25 years she operated Urban Home & Garden with her son Tom between Cleveland and Columbus. Wilma’s hobbies included but not limited to decorating and gardening for which she won many city recognitions, cooking and baking and her much anticipated casino trips with her son Tom.
