Dying is a part of life...I sure wish it wasn't

when signing on to leave this message it asked what my relationship with Sam was...already I was at a loss for words.  I mean seriously, I can't remember my life without her in it.  It was 1979-80 when I befriended the little red head girl and she took me home.  That's when I met Ann Marie...it wasn't until years later that I felt mature enough to call her Sam.   Never the "3 hot meals a day, church on Sunday morning" mom, but she was a great mom.  A great mom because she always worked her ass off.  It wasn't until she opened the store that I can remember Sam having only one job.  I only wish she had retired able to live life to the fullest, instead of fighting to stay alive and comfortable.  Luckily she raised a soldier who "reported for duty", when it came to taking care of her mom!
I know while she laid with thoughts, waiting for her big heart to stop beating, she was proud of her greatest accomplishment, her kids!
Knowing her kids would be ok without her, allowed her to go in peace.
It's just hard to imagine not having her around.

I'll never forget her!

Unbeaten Path

Growing up the youngest of 7 children, seperated by 13 years and more, life certainly was not easy.  I was a toddler when I first met Sam.  My sister Sue and her were inseparable.  They were young adults graduating high school, living the care free life of the late 70's.  Bell bottom jeans, platform shoes and halter tops with their long straight flowing hair with not one single worry!  These two daring girls, bought themselves a van, joined some kind of van club and drove from PA to CA and back.  The stories of freedom and the people they came across along the way still baffles me, I mean Warlocks (crazy, right?) Sam and Susie take over the world! The dynamic duo!  Two crazy bitches!  I surely hope you are as free now as you were back then!  You made an impact on many people throughout your life and your memory will always be alive!

Charlie and Lacie- you were her heart and soul.  May the strength she taught and showed you, help with the healing of yourselves.  You have a kick ass Angel up above😘🖤🤗

Always on My Mind

We were just young teenagers when we met, high school sweethearts, although we drifted apart you were always on my mind. I'm just sorry we couldn't reconnect. I'm praying for you and may God grant you everlasting life. I'd like to say to her children always think of her before she died. The love for you will outweigh her death. God Bless
