The Life of SHARON RAE SQUIRES

Sharon Squires, 77, passed away on September 14, 2021, in Trenton, MO. She was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa on June 24, 1944, to George and Mary Vernon.

Sharon loved painting (and making a mess while doing so), working in the yard, going to the casino and listening to Patsy Cline.

Sharon is survived by her four children, Clifford L. Squires Jr. (Linda), Sherry Warner, Shane Squires and Melissa Dyer; grandchildren, Shawn, Christina, Daniel, Heather, Erin (Sam), Dusty (Katie), Tyler (Jen), and Brittney (Justin); many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; daughter, Lori; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:000 p.m., on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 4-6 p.m., on Sunday at the funeral home.
