A great friend!

I played a lot of sports with Mark at the Hill School during our High School Years.  He was a great athlete, worked hard and was one of the nicest people.  We enjoyed our time playing football and wrestling. We were both substitutes on varsity football so we would take turns being running backs against our varsity.  As we liked to joke, we were unbelievable football players...... and stood out (unfortunately it was on the second or third team!).  He was fun, worked hard, and cared about people.  I have gotten calls from a variety of classmates who have shared wonderful stories about Mark, and which speaks to how many lives he touched!  He will be sorely missed.

Roommate

Mark was my best friends from The Hill School.  We were roommates for 2 of our 4 years at the school and remained friends for years.  One of my favorite experiences together was the Summer of 1974 when he visited our Marthas Vineyard home during the filming of Jaws.  We even road our bicycles together up to Gay Head, 26 miles each way.  Over the years. we kept in touch and even visited my nephew at Choate and watch The Hill School Baseball team win a tournament.  He also graced Silvana and I by attending our 2005 Wedding.  Mark will always be remembered as a great and loyal friend to everyone who knew him.  His love for The Hill School, his classmates and wrestling teammates will always be the things I remember most about Mark.  The Hill School Class of 1977 has lost a treasured friend who will never be forgotten.  I will always love you and miss you.  Rest in Peace Mark, Keith
