The Life of Julia Kosko DeFelice

Julia DeFelice, 87, of Ansonia, died Sunday August 2, 2009 at Hilltop Health Care Ansonia. She was the widow of Nicholas DeFelice. Born in Ansonia, March 18, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Obeak Kosko. She was a communicant of the Church of the Assumption and a retired machinist for the Bassett Co. of Derby. Survivors include her sons, Nicholas DeFelice of Chino Valley, Ariz. and Samuel Kosko of Aberdeen, N.C.; daughter Louise Doyle of Pocatello, Idaho; sisters Rose Kosko and Louise Kosko both of Ansonia; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Anna Saukas and a brother Michael Kosko. Mass of Christian Burial at 9 A.M. in the Church of the Assumption. Bennett Funeral Home Ansonia is entrusted with the arrangements. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.
