The Life of Salvatore Daniel Casile

Salvatore "Sal"  Casile, 83, of South Philadelphia, PA, died January 17, 2020 at Vitas Hospice at Methodist Hospital .

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he had  been a graduate of  Bok High School. Sal had been employed as Owner/operator of his own Sal's Produce which supplied most Wawa Stores. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord in S. Philadelphia.

He enjoyed  cooking, spending time in Wildwood and the Pocono Mountains. Along with his wife, they enjoyed going to the track to play the horses, he also played craps at the casino. Most of all his favorite past time was enjoyed with family. 

Survivors: include his wife of 40 years, Sandra (nee Popo); Daughter, JoAnn (Shawn) Baker, Sons, William Yaworski and David Yaworski, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren,  3 brothers, Tony, Bobby and Johnny Casile. He was also the brother of the late Dominic, Gilda, Ann, Felix & Catherine

Service: prayer service will be  11:00 am Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill Pa 19026

Visitation:  6:00 pm to 8:30 pm Tuesday at the Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA 19026
