The Life of Sarah Cornelia Herbert

- DEATH OF MRS. HERBERT - 
Mrs. Sarah Tracy Herbert, wife of Mr. Upton Herbert, died at her home near Burke's Station, Fairfax County, this morning. Mrs. Herbert was formerly Miss Tracy, and for several years before, during and since the war was matron at Mount Vernon, where she formed a large circle of friends and acquaintances.
She subsequently married Mr. Herbert and for a number of years had lived near Burke's.
She was a Christian woman in all that that implies and her death will be regretted by all who knew her.
