Civil War Veteran - Broomall Family Descendant

Taylor F. Broomall, descendant of the Broomall family who settled in this area (Chester Co. now Delaware Co.) circa 1682. He married Elizabeth Hannum, Hannum being another prominent family who settled in this area.

During the Civil War he served in the 20th Pa. Calvary. After the war he lived in Haverford Township, working as a carpenter.

Taylor F. Broomall died on April 15, 1925.
