The Life of Aaron L. Jackson

 

Aaron L. Jackson, 88, of Broomall, PA, former longtime resident of Yeadon, died April 17, 2019 at Crozer-Keystone Hospice.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Aaron had been employed as a bus driver and EL operator for SEPTA for many years.

After retiring, he later drove a school bus for William Penn School District. Aaron was an avid pool player at Drexeline Billiards and enjoyed watching western movies.

Devoted to his family, he will be remembered for his diligence and hard work. Married 48 years, he was the beloved husband of Marie (nee Valceda) Jackson; father of Aaron (Aimee) Jackson and Gha-is Bashir Paige and grandfather to Gabriella Jackson

Service: Memorial Service will be 11:00AM Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington
Visitation: 10:00AM to 11:00AM Thursday at the Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington.
