The Life of David R. Lippold


Obituary - David R Lippold, 76, of Folsom, PA, died November 19, 2018 at Harlee Manor in Springfield. Raised in East Lansdowne, he was a graduate of Lansdowne High School, Philadelphia College of the Bible and Eastern Baptist Seminary. David was a baker in his family's business on Baltimore Pike in East Lansdowne until its closing in the mid 1990's. He then moved to Folsom, where he made his home. A member of the Aldan Union Church, he also served as a youth director in Phila. and an employment counselor. David served as a Missionary in Alaska one summer.  Son of the late Leonard and Margaret Lippold; brother of the late Leonard and Charles Lippold and Caroline Esposito, survivors include his sister, Dixey Tyson (Bob) and nieces and nephews: Todd (Deborah) Tyson, Chad (Leah) Tyson, Ryan (Elizabeth) Tyson; Lee (Joanne) Raport, Deborah (Rich) Jones, Kim Raport, Keith (Charele) Raport and Lori (Dave) Schappelle.
Service: Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Aldan Union Church, 7 Providence Rd., Aldan 19018
Visitation: 10:00 am Saturday at the Aldan Union Church
Interment: Fernwood Cemetery.
Contributions: in his memory to Aldan Union Church Missionary Fund 7 E. Providence Rd. and Clifton Ave. Aldan, PA 19018, would be preferred
