The Life of SHAYNE CHRISTIAN GRYLLS
Shayne Christian Grylls, 46, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at home in Altoona, IA.
Shayne was born November 12, 1971, in Des Moines, IA, to Kenneth Grylls and Hazel (Gruver) Sheriff.
He was a gentle giant, always there to help anyone who needed a hand. His sense of humor was bigger than life and was always good for a real stomach hurting laugh. Shayne was a wonderful little brother and his family was always number one. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Shayne is survived by his sisters, Kim (John) Hymen of Altoona, IA, Janelle (Paul) Manor of Des Moines, IA; brother, Kenny (Twila) Grylls of Des Moines, IA; his best friend, Orlin Schmidt of Altoona, IA; furry friend, Chop; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bryan, and sister Sherry.
