To our sister.............

The heart is not judged by how much you love...but how much you are loved by others. ----The Wizard of Oz.

So much more than a sister

Maureen was the first of the Chappelle ennead. From her, we all learned so much and we are forever grateful for all that she taught all of us, good, bad or indifferent. She was the first stroke on the canvas of the Chappelle family and from that first stroke, the portrait of our family evolved. She is forever etched in all our hearts. Her laughter, intellect and charismatic yet enigmatic spirit will continue to reverberate through our spirits and the universe.

My Dear Friend

I will never forget you Mo! Your great laugh, your intelligence, your heart. No matter how many years would pass between seeing each other, we picked up where we left off and continued to be ridiculously silly. Love you girl. Finally, you are at peace. Your friend Jayne
