The Life of Connie Lee Schnoke
Connie Lee Schnoke, 72, of Good Spring, passed away Sunday at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Sunday, Sept. 23, 1945, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Thomas C. and Adella A. Birunas Saltzman.
She attended the former Porter Township High School.
Connie was a seamstress for area garment factories prior to her retirement.
She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View.
Connie enjoyed traveling with her family, taking trips to the casino, going to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a son, Thomas C Griffiths.
She is survived by two sons, Shawn T. Schnoke and his wife, Angelina, Ravine, and Kenneth P. Griffiths, Frackville; two grandsons, Seth Thomas Schnoke and Brennden Etzweiler, both of Ravine; two sisters, Tammy Saltzman and her companion, James Lemmon, Good Spring, and Linda Morgan and her husband, Barry, Valley View; a nephew, Alexander Cox and his wife, Angela, Lebanon; two nieces, Serena Cox, Santa Barbara, Calif., and Donna Jones and her companion, Roger Adams, Tremont; a great-nephew, Dalton Jones, Valley View.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. Duane Bardo officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, 18 Wertz Drive, Pine Grove, PA 17963. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
