The Life of Brandon Lawrence Wilske

Brandon Lawrence Wilske, 30, of Olathe, passed away on October 20, 2017. He was born on April 13, 1987 to Steven and Susan Wilske in Springfield, MO.  

Brandon graduated High School in Harrison, AR and went on to graduate from Wyotech in Laramie, WY with a Bachelor''s Degree. After graduating, he worked for Kenworth as a semi mechanic. Brandon later attended classes at Johnson County Community College and was currently in his second year at UMKC where he was studying engineering. Brandon enjoyed many hobbies, he loved to read, follow the stock market, ride his motorcycle, go jogging with his wheaten terrier, Vic, whom he greatly loved, and enjoyed a range of music from hard rock to classical.  

Brandon is survived by his loving parents, Steve and Susan; sister, Brooke Wilske; grandmother, Sue Wilske; uncle, Dave Wilske; cousins, Christine (Jeff) Randle and Dominic Wilske; and his dog, Vic.  

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Larry Wilske and Dennis Wright.  

A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, October 29, 2017, from 1:00-2:00 pm at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home in Olathe. Burial will follow in Olathe Memorial Cemetery
