Dear grandmother of Grant, Ross, Jessica and Sammy King, Jason (Stephanie), Chase (Stephanie), Dillon (Porschea) Whitehead. Dear great grandmother of Tristan Whitehead. Devoted sister of Betty (Curtis) Shiflett. Phyllis loved spending time with her family and summers at the Jersey Shore.
