The Life of Karen L. Patton

Karen L. Patton, 55, of Sharon Hill, PA, died July 13, 2017 of complications from her battle against addiction. Her death occurred at Mercy Catholic Hospital-Fitz Div.

Born and raised in Upper Darby, she had formerly been a resident of the Northeast before returning to Delaware County 6 years ago.  Karen attended Upper Darby Schools and had been employed with the U.S. Postal Service in their distribution center. Karen enjoyed reading, drawing and was an accomplished cook.

Daughter of the late James and Mary Jane (nee Roberts) Patton, Survivors: include her children, Jason (Jessica) Sweeney, Jennifer Patton and Matthew Patton and grandson, JJ Sweeney; she was the sister of Linda Patton, Stacey (Richard) Cice and  Jonathan (Barbara) Patton.

Service: Her Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 22, 2017, 12:30PM at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Rd. Drexel Hill PA 19026  with Visitation at 11:30AM

Interment: Private

Contributions: In her memory to a charity in support of battling addiction, would be preferred
