The Life of MYRON DEANE MILLSAP
He was born July 24, 1933 Decatur County, Iowa to Clarence and Beatrice Millsap and went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 23, 2016 at the Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines, Iowa.
He was in the United States Navy, until his honorable discharge.
He worked as a lineman, for MidAmerican Energy for many years, until his retirement. He enjoyed going to auctions and antiquing. He never missed watching his grandsons, Jake or Zach’s baseball games.
Myron is survived by his wife, Judy, and his children, Beth (Mark) Gregory, Brian (Sheri) Millsap and Marcie Millsap; his grandchildren, Jake and Zack Millsap, Kate Gregory and Emily Pritchard; great grandson, Colt Pritchard; sisters, Martha Midgorden and Anna (Fendall) Drehe; brother-in-law, Dennis (Linda) O’Brien r and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be at 10AM Thursday, April 27, 2016 at the Church of the Brethren, 417 SE Grant Street – Ankeny, Iowa. Visitation will be 5pm – 7pm Wednesday, at the church. Burial will follow services at Highland Memory Garden Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Myron.
