A poor man named Waters, who. with his wife and three little children, had been living in Wichita for the last three years and was returning to Missouri by wagon, was taken sick on the road and  had to stop over. last Monday, in Olathe. They occupied an empty house on Santa Fe Avenue near the corner of Cherry street, where he was taken worse and died at 6 o ciock yesterday morning. The family was almost without means, but the neighbors saw that the sick man had medical attendance and otherwise did all in their power to relieve the distress of the bereaved family. The remains were interred in the Olathe cemetery yesterday afternoon, Rev. A. W. Bishop holding services at the house.
