Sebastian Lee Vazquez, age 7, passed away at Children's Mercy Hospital on February 2, 2015. He is survivedby his parents, Migdalia Denise Vazquez and father Misael Tabares, and his sisters Angelique and Kimberlyand brother Giovanny. Also surviving are his grandparents Lorena Tarin and Mario Vazquez, and aunts anduncles Mario Vazquez, Jr., Sandra and Diego Esparza, Norma Uribe and Javier Tarin, Ciro and Isabel Ruiz,Ivan and Lily Vazquez, Oscar and Xochilt Tarin, and the rest of the Tarin and Vazquez families.
