Death of Elizabeth Watson White-Elizabeth Watson was born near Worthington, Green county, Indiana, June 23, 1845, and died at the family home 417 N. Walnut street, November 10, 1923, after a short ill ness of pneumonia. Miss Watson moved wltlher par ents to Mercer county, Mo., when nine years of age, where she remained and grew to young womanhood. At this place she united with the Christian church where she has since held her membership. In 1877 the family, removed to Kansas and settled in Johnson county, near Monticello, where Miss Watson met and married William White, November 5, 1884. These years of wedlock have been spent in Monticello township and Cass county, Mo., until three years ago they came to Olathe, Kan., where the home has since been made. Mrs. White has been preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, one sister, Mrs. Mary Whitson, one niece, Mrs. A. L. Wil liams, five nephews, Henry, Edward, John,, George and James Lynn, besides "eighteen great nieces and nephews and a host of friends. The funeral was held from the family home Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Scrivner of the Christian church and the burial was made in the old Monticello cemetery.
