Lucille (Lucy) Elizabeth Miller, 78, Olathe, died May 26, 2001, at Medical Lodge of Gardner. She was born March 17, 1923, in Edgerton, Kan., the daughter of Francis and Daisy Belle Wheeler Miller. She had been a resident at the Medical Lodge Nursing Center in Gardner since 1987. She had also lived in Olathe with her mother and sister. She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Sunny Miller, Cecil Miller and Charles Miller; and four sisters, Mildred Van Nemingen, Jo Rodgers, Verda Holl and Dorothy DeBout. She is survived by a sister, Opal MacWhorter, Adworth, Ga. Graveside interment will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Olathe Memorial Park Cemetery on Woodland Street in Olathe.
