She was born Blanche L. Wilson on January 17, 1919 in Monticello, MS. Blanche married Frank R. Doyle Sr. on July 2, 1942, while he was a soldier in World War II. They were married for 45 years. Blanche was employed as a bookkeeper throughout her life and was an elite seamstress.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hardin and Flora Oliver Wilson; 4 brothers, Conn, Woodrow, William and Hardin Jr.; her husband, Frank Doyle Sr.; a daughter, L. Diane Doyle and a grandson, Matthew A. Nickerson.

She is survived by her son, Frank Doyle, Jr.; her daughter, Debbie Nickerson; 5 grandchildren, Allison, Nathan, Jennifer, Amy and Stacy; 6 great grandchildren, Cooper, Lola, Delaney, Kyle, Mason and Emma and her cat, Cricket.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am, Tuesday, November 6, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 900 S. Honeysuckle Dr, Olathe, KS with burial following in Olathe Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Monday, November 5, at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home where the Rosary will be prayed at 6pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
