Died at her home in Olathe. of chronic 30 Aucrust 29th. Mrs. Hes- 65 A. Maltbv Dotv. She was born in 45.5fiorham. New York. Anril 15th 1821. 65 came to Ohio with her oarents 3.880 nuite vouncr. where she remained 1450 she married Alcuron Dotv, of Michigan, in 1861. Her home was then in Indiana, till after the death of her husband in 1866, when she removed to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She came to Olathe with her brother, the late Hon. W. W. Maltby , in 1870. For fourteen years she has been a helpless invalid and a constant sufferer, out through all of her afflictions has been an excellent example of Christian patience and cheerfulness seldom met with and has now found the "sweet rest" that she pa-tientlv waited for so manv vears. The 10 funeral services were held in the M. E. church Tuesday at 10 o'clock, by Rev. Dr. Mitchell, her pastor, assisted by Rey. J. C. Telford. The interment took place at the Olathe cemetery, and was attended by a large concourse of relatives and friends.
