KENNETH "KENN-Y" LYNN BOWERS, 

Age 48, passed away at home in Olathe, KS on May 15, 2011. Funeral services on Thursday, May 19, at 2:00 pm at Penwell­Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S Blackbob, Olathe, KS where the family will receive friends an hour prior to service time. Kenny was born April 10, 1963 in Olathe, KS and graduated from Olathe North High School in 1982. He was employed as a cab driver for Veteran's Transportation for over ten years. Kenny was a life-long resident of Olathe, and had many, many friends that will miss him. 

Surviving are his sons Nicholas Thomas Bowers and Dakota Lynn Bowers, his brother Donald Bowers, Jr., his uncle David Steinhauser, and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith M. Bowers and his grandparents William and Judith Steinhauser.
