Friday, May , 7th 1883, at 3 o'clock p. m. Joseph L, son of John and Agnes C. Border, aged 8 years .
Little Joe was a victim of that terrible disease, diptheria, and his death is indeed a deep affliction on his parents, having but recently located here they were comparatively strangers in a strange l trod. They have all the sympathy of their friends and neighbors in this their hour of deep distress.
