in Missouri. He moved to Olathe, KS in 1942. He was a former employee for the
City of Olathe for 29 years as a heavy equipment operator until retirement in
1972.
His survivors included his wife, Mattie N. of the home, daughter Mrs. Retha L.Talley of 714 S. Chestnut in Olathe, three sisters: Opha AbsureE of Bakersfield, California, Mrs. Velma Kleier of Seymour, MO and Mrs. Helen TRENT of Springfield, MO and three grandchildren.
Services were held at the W.L. Frye and Son Funeral Home in Olathe. Burial in Olathe Memorial Cemetery.
