OBITUARY.

Robert G. Ross was born at Kirkville, Iowa, June 28, 1850, and was married to Eunice Kennedy April 6, 1880. To them were born four children, Charles, Edith, Sady and Foster, He died at Smithville, Tex., November 24, 1907, of heart trouble, where he was employed by the McLaughlin Horse company. The family received the sad and startling news of his death at Oklahoma City. The oldest son, Charlie, went to Texas after the remains. Mrs. Ross and Edith preceded him to Olathe to attend the funeral, which was held at the M. E. church. Rev. Bowman officiated as pastor in conjunction with the Olathe and Lenexa Masons. His remains were Interred in the Olathe cemetery. A FRIEND
