Mr. Andrew M. Thompson died at his home on Lulu street on November 10. He was born in Anderson county, Ohio, and moved to Randolf county. Illinois, when twenty-one years of age, and remained there until 1862, when he came to Kansas and located in this countyr where he has been one of our active citizens. Four sons and two daughters survive him and live near Olathe and cared for him attentively in several months  illness. His funeral was on Saturday in the United Presbyterian church. The services were conducted by- Rev. J. A. Greer and Rev. G. A. Edgar. A large concourse of friends were in attendance.
