OBITUARY.
James Black Ainsworth was born in Franklin Co., Ohio, March 8, 1861. He came, with his parents, to Kansas in 1866 and lived near Kansas City a few years. Later they came to the farm south of Olathe, where he grew to manhood. Since then he has been in business in Edgerton, Kansas City and Springfield, Mo. At this latter place he suffered a paralytic stroke and Brights Disease was the final cause of his death.
 
He was fifty-three years old, unmarried, a man of good character. He was laid to rest in the family lot beside his parents, Dr. and Mrs. E. H. Ainsworth who preceded him in 1902. Charles Ainsworth of Eureka, and Ewey Ainsworth of Hamilton, Kansas, brothers, the remaining members of the family and Mrs. T. L. Hogue of this place, a cousin of the deceased, Newt Ainswoth an uncle and manv other relatives and former neighbors were present at the funeral services held at the Ryan chapel at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday. The services were conducted by Rev. Zook of the Methodist church.
