The Life of GARY LEA MOULD

Gary L. Mould, 70, passed away on May 2, 2005 at home.  Visitation will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 9 at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens.  The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m.

Gary is survived by his wife, Linda; brother, Richard (Anna) Mould; sister, Judy (Chris) Steinbach; six nieces; and four nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennie and Lea Mould and two nephews.

Gary was born in Des Moines, IA on May 17, 1934.  After attending Lincoln High School, Gary enlisted in the U.S. Army and went on to become a jumpmaster paratrooper for the 101st Airborne Division.  Upon his completion of military service, he co-founded Iowa''s first Sky Diving Club.

Gary''s working career started in sales with Crescent Chevrolet and then Sorensen''s Health Studio.  He then started Mould and Associates, Inc., which he had for many years.  He recently retired from Iowa Lumber and Construction.

Gary was an avid reader and enjoyed going to movies.  His favorite place to be was outdoors.  Throughout his life, Gary enjoyed being a pilot, sky diving, boating, fishing, motorcycle racing, biking, landscaping and construction.  He took great pride in always driving a clean vehicle.
