The Life of BEVERLY JUNE TALLEY
Beverly June Talley, 67, of 6009 SW 15th St., died of cancer Wednesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. No services are planned. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Southtown Funeral Home. Cremation will follow visitation.
Mrs. Talley had lived in Des Moines all of her life and recently retired as bookkeeper with Airport Holiday Inn.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; a son, Brad, and a daughter Kara Frey, both of Des Moines; two stepdaughters, Kim Bettis of Palm Dale, CA; and Kyle Kirshnik of Simi Valley, CA; five grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
