The Life of MILDRED IRENE ROBERTS
Mildred Irene Roberts of Des Moines and Phoenix, AZ passed away May 1, 2012. She was born in Wayne County, Iowa on June 2, 1917 to Floyd and Emma (Blue) Burley.
Mildred was married to Clarence Roberts in 1935 and three sons were born to this union, Dale, Albert and Richard.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2001, parents, brother, Floyd, Jr. and Burdette.
Mildred is survived by her sons, all of West Plains, MI, 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Bernard of California and Robert of Chariton; and a host of other family members and friends.
Joint memorial services for Clarence and Mildred will be May 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, One NE 60th Avenue, Des Moines.
