The Life of MARY ELLEN GANDY
Mary Ellen Gandy, 86, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Kavanagh Hospice House in Des Moines, Iowa.
Mary is survived by her husband, Wayne; daughters Doty, Janis and Joan; grandaughter, Sarah; sisters, Deanna and Flora; and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hazel, and her brother, Jim.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at Union Park Baptist Church, 821 Arthur Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time at the church.
