Thomas H. Williams, Jr.
Thomas H. Williams, Jr. passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014.
Tom was born in Akron on August 22, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Sr. and Ruth Williams; brother, Al; sisters, Marjorie and Harriet. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Vera; daughters, Shelley (Mark) Schuch and Lori (Jim) Grenus; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Tom retired from Acme after 50 years; was an avid Cleveland Indians and Ohio State sports fan, and enjoyed his weekly round of golf. His family was his joy.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Dr. David Baker officiating. Interment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Tr., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
