Obituary for Bernadine Deckman-Balante
Bernadine Balante Deckman, 89, of Wickliffe, passed away Nov. 25, 2013, at home. She was born March 28, 1924, in Lilly, Pa. Bernadine was a homemaker. Survivors are her children, Dennis Balante, William (Sue) Balante, Bryan (Sue) Balante and Theresa (Tom Ebanoski) Balante; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Wanda (Joe) Chiancone, Bonnie Fierst and Nena Buehner. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Sam Balante and William Deckman; and sons, Wayne and Sam Balante. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
