Obituary for Mary Ann Casamatta
Funeral Mass for Mary Ann (Petti) Casamatta, 86, of Willoughby, will be noon Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at St. Clare Catholic Church, 5659 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst. Born May 26, 1927, in Cleveland, Mrs. Casamatta passed away Nov. 26, 2013, at Hillcrest Hospital. Mrs. Casamatta was a cafeteria worker for the Mayfield City Schools prior to her retirement. Survivors are her sons, Dennis (Karen), Dale (Majken) and Anthony "Skip" (Mari Ann); sister, Carol (Paul) Brunecz; and brother, Tom (Marjorie) Patti. She was also the grandmother and great-grandmother of many. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene. Calling hours will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Vitantonio-Previte Funeral Home. Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
