BETTY JANE TENNEY
BOARDMAN – There will be funeral services at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Betty Jane Tenney, 79, who passed away Friday, Nov. 15.
Betty was born March 3, 1934, in Runa, W.Va., the daughter of Arthur and Julie Amick.
Betty was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She will always be lovingly remembered by her husband, Welden Tenney, whom she married March 6, 1954; four children, Barb (John) Zagotti of Youngstown, Michael Tenney of Boardman, Phyllis (Joseph Edwards) Beharry of Lowellville and Tammy (Jeff Pregi) Bable of Boardman; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Sandy Kelly, Kay Kabiner and Martha Amick; three brothers, John, Henry and Sidney Amick; and her puppy, Maxwell.
Besides her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Dudley and sister-in-law Vada Amick; and two sisters, Natalie Moore and Lila Joe.
Friends may call on Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
