Obituary for Elise M White

Elise White (Elisebeth), 72 years old, passed away September 18, 2013.

She was born in Akron, Elise was a graduate of Buchtel High School Class of "58". She attended Kent State University, graduated from the University of Akron and is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She was a lifetime member of Zion Lutheran Church, serving on countless organizations over the years. Elise was a member of the Summit Choral Society and sang with the Akron Symphony Chorus for 50 years. She lived a very Christ and Music Centered Life and adored animals.

She is survived by her husband, Russell; daughter, Michelle White; son, Jeffrey (Jessica) White; sisters, Ruth Davis, Ilona Stroupe; and cousin, Robert Vollert.

Funeral Service 11 a.m. Tuesday at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Joshua Schoon officiating, entombment Mt. Peace Cemetery. Calling hours 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls and 10 a.m. Tuesday, until service time at the Church.
