Dorothy Louise (Vinion) Orr, 85, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013. She was born May 3, 1928 to the late Edward B. and Laura May (Loh) Vinion in Youngstown, OH.
Dorothy was a 1946 graduate of The Rayen School and a member of the Pilgrim Collegiate Church. She enjoyed spending time playing cards and Bingo and Backgammon, and especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Left to mourn Dorothy''s passing are her sons, Linus (Jamie) Orr of Austintown, Stanley (Carol) Orr of Canfield, and Edward (Dannielle) Orr of Austintown; daughter, Laura (Chuck) Olenych of Ormond Beach FL; and her brother, Harry Vinion of Austintown. Grandma Dot will also be missed by her grandchildren, Katie, Erin, Andrew, Charly, Michael, Amanda, Matthew, Ashley, Jake, Sebrina, and Tabitha;
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Linus Shurl Orr; and her brothers, Frank, Howard, Billie, and David Vinion.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 15 from 4-7PM at Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown where a service will take place on Monday, September 16 at 1:30PM.
Interment to follow at Green Haven Memorial Gardens
