Obituary for Jawad Abdel Rasul

JAWAD DAHOUD ABDEL RASUL NEW ORLEANS – A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at the Al-Khair Masjad in Youngstown for Jawad Dahoud Abdel Rasul, 58, who died Monday at West Jefferson Medical in New Orleans. Jawad was born Dec. 10, 1955, in El-Bireh, Jordan, a son of Dahoud and Rhama Abdel Rasul, coming to this area in the early 1980s. He is survived by his wife, Amal of 31 years; four sons, Dahoud and his wife, Tohini, Akrum and Mohammad, all of Austintown Township, Thaer of El-Bireh; a daughter, Rawan and her husband, Ali, also of El-Bireh; four brothers, Shawqui of El-Bireh, Fawzi and Fayez, both of Salem and Naim of North Jackson; a sister, Fawzeya of El-Bireh; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call today, Thursday and Friday evenings from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Al-Khair Masjad. Local arrangements are by the Schiavone Funeral Home.
