Obituary for Arthur W. Scheider

ARTHUR W. SCHEIDER SCHEIDER ARTHUR W. SCHEIDER, age 86, of Euclid died Dec. 27, 2012 at UHHS Geauga Medical Center. Born March 23, 1926 in Cleveland to Arthur and Barbara Scheider, he had been a lifelong Euclid area resident. Art retired as a tool and die maker with GM and was a musician, playing stand up bass with many area bands over the years. Art served with the U.S. Navy during WWII. He is survived by his daughter, Luray Siegel of Burton; sons Robert of Hiram and Allen (Vicky) of Euclid; brother William (Norma) of Ann Arbor, MI.; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Art was preceded in death by his parents; wife Isabelle M. (nee Washner) Scheider; and brother, Al Scheider. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at the FUNERAL HOME.
