Obituary for Dorothy Fink
DOROTHY M. FINK
CANFIELD – Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Canfield Chapel for Dorothy Mae Fink, 83, who died Monday morning at Austinwoods Care Center.
Dorothy was born Jan. 21, 1929, in Canfield, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Anna Tomlinson Libb and was a lifelong area resident.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Berlin Center United Methodist Church.
Her husband, Donald E. Fink, whom she married June 24, 1950, died Jan. 18, 1999.
She leaves her children, Terry (Kim) Fink of Salem and Debbie (Steve) McQuain of Canfield; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Corey) Libert and Terry Fink Jr., all of Salem, and Andrea (Aaron) Bjork of Jamestown, N.Y.; and four great-grandchildren, Darian Libert, Robert Libert, Addison Fink, and Kevin Fink. Dorothy also leaves two sisters, Margaret Bortmas of Lake Zurich, Ill. and Patricia (Carmen) Pratt of Poland and three brothers, Edward (Melva) Libb of Salem, Ronald (Patricia) Libb of Columbiana and Rev. Russell (Diane) Libb of Berlin Center.
Besides her parents and her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by two sisters, Sarah Schimley and Betty Ann Libb.
Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Canfield Chapel and on Saturday at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
