Obituary for William D. Woodside

William D. Woodside (1941-2012) Funeral Mass for William D. Woodside, 71, a 46-year resident of Eastlake, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine St., Willowick. Mr. Woodside passed away Nov. 9, 2012, in Beachwood. Born Feb. 25, 1941, in Lily, Pa., Mr. Woodside worked as a senior lab technician at Brush Wellman, retiring after 42 years of service. William was master of Boy Scout Troop 481. He was an usher at St. Mary Magdalene Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus and Lake Erie Dart Association, and was an avid sports fan. Survivors are his loving children, William (Gina), Linda (Ron) Coraretti, Timothy, Christopher and Jennifer (Ray) Peteritis; grandchildren, Brittany, Billy, Gianna, Michael, Benjamin, Samuel, Jonathan, Nicholas, Meghan, Logan, Jacob, Nathan and Zachary; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Caylem; siblings, Robert (Donna), Patricia (Dan) Klamert and John (Dee). He was also uncle and great-uncle to many. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Virginia (nee Tisch); grandchild, Gabriel; and siblings, Irene (John) Repka, Raymond, Thomas and Shirley Zubal. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Garden Cemetery in Chester Township. >>
